Print-on-demand means every item is made to order, just for you. When you place an order, our production partner (Printful) prints and ships your item directly. We don't hold stock, which means every order is fresh and made with care — and we can offer a wide range of designs without waste.
Yes — our designs are created with the assistance of AI tools (Midjourney), curated and refined by our designer. Every design goes through a human creative process before it becomes a product. We believe in transparency, so you'll always see this note on our listings.
We offer sizes from XS to 3XL on most apparel items. Please check our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you need help choosing, don't hesitate to contact us.
We're not currently accepting custom orders, but we love hearing from our community! If you have a design idea, reach out via our contact form — we may feature community-inspired designs in future collections.

Orders are typically produced within 3–5 business days by our production partner (Printful). This is separate from shipping time.
United States: 3–5 business days Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Yes! We ship worldwide through Printful's global fulfillment network. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
Since every item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please double-check our Size Guide before ordering.
We do accept returns and offer replacements for:
• Defective or damaged items
• Incorrect items received (wrong product/size/color)
• Significant print quality issues
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@frogerz.com within 14 days of delivery. Include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damage
• Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)
We'll work with Printful to get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After that, we're unable to make changes. Please contact us immediately at info@frogerz.com if you need to make a change.
