Production Time
All items are made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships. This time is separate from the shipping estimate below.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don't receive a tracking notification within 6 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges.
We Accept Returns For:

- → Significant print quality issues
- → Missing items from your order
We Cannot Accept Returns For:
- → Change of mind
- → Incorrect size ordered (see our Size Guide)
- → Buyer's remorse
- → Slight color variations due to screen settings
How to Request a Return or Replacement

Include Details
Provide your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and your preferred resolution (replacement or refund).
We'll Respond
We'll review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Resolution
Once confirmed, replacements are shipped within 3–5 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
