Welcome to FROGERZ. By accessing or using our website at frogerz.com or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

FROGERZ is an independent apparel and goods brand based in Japan. All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful Inc. We design and curate every product; Printful handles production and shipping.

2. Products & Print-on-Demand

All FROGERZ products are made to order. This means:

• No item is held in stock — production begins after your order is placed
• Colors on screen may differ slightly from printed results due to monitor calibration
• Minor print placement variations (±0.5 inch) are considered within acceptable tolerance
• Product photography is representative; exact garment shade may vary between production runs

We use AI-assisted design tools (Midjourney) in our creative process. All designs are reviewed and refined by a human designer before being published.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted
• Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT, which are the customer's responsibility
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
• Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout
• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation

4. Shipping

Orders are produced by Printful and shipped from their facilities in the US or Europe, depending on your location. Estimated delivery times:

• Production time: 3–5 business days
• US shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Europe / Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. FROGERZ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection (please consult our Size Guide before ordering)
• Slight colour variations within acceptable tolerance

We will issue a replacement or refund for:

• Defective or damaged items on arrival
• Items significantly different from the product listing
• Items lost in transit (as confirmed by the carrier)

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number to info@frogerz.com.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After this window, we are unable to cancel or modify orders as production will have started. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@frogerz.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, text, logos, and content on frogerz.com are the intellectual property of FROGERZ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to wear and display that item. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying design.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or fraudulent orders
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Reproduce or resell our designs without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our site

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our website and products are provided "as is". While we take every care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the site is error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FROGERZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, unless otherwise required by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
